I love the stories that resurface while crafting our annual report. Families committed to their ranching heritage and restoring rivers for the fish they love. New leaders rising to find tomorrow’s solutions to our water challenges. Partners uniting to help threatened salmon swim through blistering summer days. Our team built and strengthened so many essential relationships last year with your support.
Our new annual report reflects a year of progress and possibility. You helped make real progress for sustainable streamflows: our projects now protect more than 7 BILLION gallons of water every year across Washington.
We’re also discovering new possibilities in watersheds like the Green-Duwamish, where our research into aquifer recharge sites may lead to more water instream for salmon, steelhead, and other wildlife.
There are concerns for local rivers and streams as we face an unprecedented fourth straight summer of drought, but thanks to supporters like you, our conservation momentum is undeniable, too. I hope that the 2025 WWT Annual Report fills you with pride and optimism about our water future.
If you would like to keep our work flowing and growing, it is the perfect time to make a tax-deductible donation to WWT. A community member is matching the first $10,000 donated through May 5 so your gift will go further for fish and people.
Thank you for making 2025 our most impactful year and for your continued dedication to rivers that give us so much. You are an indelible part of our story.
