Washington Water Trust is joining the Jötunn Ciderhouse Pop-up at Republic of Cider on Sunday, Sept. 28 from 1 to 5 pm! Chat with us about our work to protect and restore local rivers while enjoying delicious ciders crafted by Jötunn Ciderhouse and Republic of Cider.

The cideries will donate a portion of the proceeds from draft sales during the event to support WWT projects that keep local rivers flowing. A huge thank you to Republic of Cider and Jötunn Ciderhouse!

Republic of Cider was born from the idea of bringing diversity and new concepts to the cider industry. By offering ciders with flavors pulled from diverse cultures prominent on the pacific coast, they are built on bringing communities together. They have more than 20 flavorful, interesting ciders and other craft beverages on tap in their SoDo tasting room for guests to experience. Republic of Cider is located at:

Republic of Cider
2960 4th Avenue S #109
Seattle, WA 98134

Jötunn Ciderhouse is a new Seattle cidery that is creating a space and ciders that can be enjoyed by everyone. They use organic Washington apple juice and ingredients like teas, herbs, and spices to craft original, tasty ciders. Jötunn Ciderhouse is part of Republic of Cider’s Craft Beverage Incubator Program and they are making their local debut through pop-ups and event appearances this year.

WWT looks forward to connecting with the community at Republic of Cider with Jötunn Ciderhouse. Cheers to local cider and flowing rivers!
