American Water Resources Association Washington Section is hosting their February Seattle Dinner Meeting at Pyramid Brewery on Tuesday, February 27th, from 5:30-8:00 pm. Ginny Stern, formerly Washington Department of Health, will be giving the evening's presentation on The State of State's Drinking Water: Emerging Issues and Solutions. Despite Washington State’s abundant water resources, the different regions of the state experience unique challenges when it comes to drinking water. The recent events of Flint, Michigan have highlighted the importance of best science and responsible decision-making when it comes to drinking water resources.  Ginny will unravel the emerging issues - climate change, infrastructure, contamination and growth - and how they relate to the regulations needed to secure the future of Washington’s drinking water.”

Registration as a guest is available if you are not a member of AWRA-WA.

Cancellation Policy: AWRA-WA will fully refund the registration fee if cancellation notice is received at least 5 days before the event.
